You can't have it both ways, Bran--DC as one of the smartest cities in the nation, evidenced by a list you posted yourself, and DC as a place with drivers too stupid to learn.

ReplyDeleteHe uses a very neutral term "travelers" to limit the amount of knee-jerk comments that MD/VA/DC/non-local-who-never-encountered-ovals driver, cyclist, or pedestrian evoke. Pretty sly, but of course he meant DC drivers.
ReplyDeleteAlso, "Bran" makes me think of "Game of Thrones" as well as being regular.
