The comment counter on the Richmond Flying Squirrels piece is at zero on the main page, but it has nine comments on the article page. Perhaps more coding shenanigans are to be expected.
Also, bravo to those who posted remarks. I had to do actual paid work today and couldn't get to it.
I noticed as well. At least they fixed it so when you scroll down the posts previous posts automatically come up.

With the rankings gone, the non-stop national/local page update churn via my iPad (i know, a personal problem) and my complete inability to "like" any comment since my temporary banishment -- I've essentially given up hope that the IT team 1) has any really strategy or 2) interacts with the Disqus people.
